Your missionDorel Juvenile US is looking for an E-Commerce Direct to Consumer Project Manager to work closely with the Sr. Manager of E-Commerce to create and maintain a seamless online customer experience across DJG’s top E-Commerce brand websites. This is contract role anticipated for 2-3 months in length.
Key responsibilitiesManage numerous projects simultaneously across multiple teams aimed at growing Dorel Juvenile Group’s US direct-to-consumer brand websites, such as MaxiCosi.com, Safety1st.com and Tinylove.com. Partner with E-Commerce team members to assist with execution of prioritized projects for increasing website traffic, on-site conversions, customer lifetime value, up-sell/cross-sell opportunities, and other top D2C KPI’s. Maintain website catalog(s) for accuracy and completeness on-site, as well as in critical product feeds for search and social. Partner with E-Commerce, Sales, Operations, and Consumer Care teams for proper execution of promotional activity, such as promo code setup, management, and tracking. Assist with E-Commerce forecasting and sales projections to ensure accuracy and alignment with other E-Commerce growth plans. Identify and lead new initiatives to drive incremental revenue and margin growth for Direct to Consumer.
Your profileBachelor’s Degree along with 2-4 years’ experience working in E-Commerce, and/or Sales & Marketing. Prior project management experience, managing projects from conceptualization through delivery, on time and on budget, with proven ability to lead & motivate teams of cross-functional partners. Must be detail oriented with a bias towards action (self-starter) and comfortable working with ambiguity. Track record of prioritizing and successfully delivering multiple initiatives on-time. Ability to work within a team, as well as independently with limited supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Experience with the following tools preferred: Magento/other enterprise level CMS, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, Google Merchant/Manufacturer Center, Google Tag Manager, Salsify, JIRA.
